Inspiration

Ramlila, the enactment of the story of Lord Rama is believed to have showed by the disciples of Tulsidas. Throughout this long journey, Ramleela comes across so many changes in its display and picturization. But, the message conveyed by this representation remains the same throughout.

About Goswami Sushil Maharaj

Goswami Sushilji Maharaj is a renowned choreographer, theaterist and spiritual guru. He is determined to maintain peace in this world by means of art and culture.
He has choreographed a number of creative classical items for parade organized on occasion of republic / Independence Day of India at Rajpath, New Delhi from 1974 to 1985.
He also choreographed for Asiad, 1982 and Bhartiyam, 1988 He is conducting continuous performances of mega shows of Ramleela in Delhi, Noida, Jodhpur for last 15 years.
He is the first person in India to start light & sound show with multi stage concept. He was nominated as a member in Film Sensor Board, Ministry of Education[Culture], Sahatiya Kala Parisad Delhi and many other government and semi government organizations for many times.

Professional Execution

Professional execution refers to the precise and efficient implementation of tasks, ensuring high-quality results. It involves adhering to standards, meeting deadlines, and delivering work with attention to detail and accountability.

To execute the whole Ramayana in 2 to 2.5 hours’ timeframe & at the same time, keep the audience glued to the concept, it requires a great deal of professional approach in the execution of all elements, as under;

  • Multi stage performance: Generally, Ramleela is enacted on a single stage making it little monotonous & time consuming whereas Swami perfected the Ramayan Manchan making use of multiple stages.
  • Playback Voice: To maintain the sanctity of the Ramayam, there is a well-researched script which is pre-recorded in a professional studio with supporting sound effects & music. This overall creates an environment
  • Right Costumes & Sets: To re-create the time, Sets as well as Costumes, headgears, Masks, ornaments play a very important role in the overall recreation of events. Swamiji has paid special attention in the design & developments of sets.
  • Light, Visuals & Sound show: Since it is a non-stop Manchan of the Ramayan performed on multi stage; hence light, Visuals & sound play a very important role in the overall audience experience.
